Credit Report Repair Service

I'm probably going to decide on losing my house, but should I (repeat question & long one)?

I've been on disability for three months now due to mental health reasons. That is what is mainly causing me to be two months behind in my mortgage. I'm unemployed. The doctor has me off work until May. I don't feel ready to return to work, but if I do now, maybe I can save my house. The thing is the field I work in for temps doesn't pay enough for me to pay my credit card bills & my mortgage. I haven't been able to get a permanent job, because of my poor track record. Temp jobs turn into permanent jobs, in my field, but I can't guarantee I can keep one, with my poor track record. Right now, there is a bit of a dry spell, I've heard. I stand a 50/50 chance of getting a temp job in a couple of months. My aunt is going to give me $10K which will cover the two months I'm behind in my mortgage, plus it covers four more. So, IF I get a job within 60 days I will have four months left of her money to pay my mortgage. The thing is, I can't file for bankruptcy due to my $32K credit card bills until I've been on disability for six months (due to the pay), which will make it May. If I wait to file bankruptcy, I'll be able to afford my mortgage. However, I'll only have 30 days to get a job then, or I'll run out of my aunt's $10K. I have no money saved. Or, I could just default on my credit cards . Also, if a rainy day occurs (if I keep my house), I won't be able to afford any repairs to my car or anything that goes wrong w/my house. This is even if I don't pay my credit cards. Also, if I exhaust all of my aunt's money, if I remain unemployed, it will have been a waste that I got money from her. She'll surely never be able to help me again, when I really need help. However, there is a chance she will help me again, she said. Thank you for your help & I apologize if I asked this question before, in a different way (providing you more details this time). Thanks!

1) Sorry to here the manure u r going through (the operative word). Taking ur aunts money to put on the house is like throwing water in to a sinking boat. It hurts to lose a house (been there) but there are plenty of houses on the market. When u get ur head on 'right' , when u are working full time then start working on ur bills. As for credit cards, don't pay them. Focus on the basics of ur budget. As for the house, stay until the day the bank changes the locks which can be a long time. Taking cash from aunt as u really need it would b better for both of u.

2) Nearly all consumer bankruptcy attorneys offer free consultations. Take advantage of this to meet with one and get advice based on all of the details of your particular situation. You can find a referral at NACBA.org (National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys).
